  1. Complete our Complete Application Form. This is recommended if you are ready to apply now. The process can take approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.

Dear Valued Prospect

The list below outlines the paperwork needed to get started on your loan application. AFTER we receive your pre-processing paperwork, your interview will be completed (by phone approx. 10 minutes) and we order your credit report, I will request a rate lock at the prevailing rate from the lender as per your instructions. We will notify you of the lock expiration date and estimated date of closing to accommodate the federally mandated 3 business days rescission period for refinance transactions. Purchase transactions do not require rescission days.

1. W-2 for most current 2 years for all  borrowers,1099 forms for social security, pensions etc.


2. If self-employed, most current 2 years signed individual federal tax returns with all schedules and business federal tax returns including K-1’s.


3. Most recent 30 days of pay stubs showing YTD for all W-2 borrowers. Please also include a contact person/telephone number to obtain verification of all borrowers’ employment.must be consecutive pay periods-- if paid bi-weekly 3 stubs, semi-monthly 2 stubs, weekly 5 stubs)


4. If this transaction is a purchase, please provide fully executed sales contract (signed by all parties) and copies (front and back) of any and all earnest monies (deposits).

 

5. Copy of the most recent mortgage statement(s) from your mortgage holder(s).

6. If there will be a second mortgage subordination involved in this new transaction, please provide the original line/loan agreement showing terms/conditions.

 

7. Copy of the declaration page(s) from your homeowners insurance disclosing the annual premium and renewal date.(usually the front page)


8. If the subject property is a condo or PUD, please provide the name of the project and contact information for the homeowner’s association/ property management firm.


9. Copies of the most recent 2 months (consecutive) bank statements (checking, savings and brokerage accounts) that you will be listing on the application. These must be the paper statements you receive in the mail or get online. The lenders will not accept any “account activity” or screen captures from the ATM. Please provide ALL PAGES – if the statements says page 1 of 12, we need all 12 pages).PLEASE ON SEPARATE PAGE DOCUMENT ANY NON-RECCURING DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL IN EXCESS OF $1,000 AS THIS INFO WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE UNDERWRITER}

 

10. If applicable, provide copy of your divorce decree and settlement agreement to document any child support or alimony.


 

11. Legible copies of all borrowers current CT driver’s licenses. This is necessary to fulfill Patriot Act Disclosure. If you are not a US citizen, please provide copies of current visa or green card.(if faxing this item make sure you copy on a very light setting or it will not be readable)
